Meeting Purpose: 

This is the regularly scheduled monthly meeting.

Discussion:

• Organization Formation
• Fee structure change to
• Corporate Membership
• Gold - $750 – unlimited members
• Silver - $500 – 10 – 20 members
• Bronze - $250 – 1-9 members
• Individual Membership - $75
• Student Membership - $25
• JJ and Shari to discuss changes to Articles of Incorporation and the procedures to refile.  Most significant change is to organization name and the definition of board members.
• Bylaw changes include new fee structure and the addition of a hardship clause.
• Board agreed that we are in forming stage for, at least, this first year.
• Richard worked on the web site in preparation for the 4Q meeting.  Registration form was cleaned up and PayPal set up on Thank You screen rather than the registration form.
• JJ reported that we have between $500 and $600 in the account.
• Ken confirmed the speaker for the 4Q meeting. 
• The topic will be Master Data Management and the speaker is Lynn Lindsay from Noah Consulting.
• Mona will give a chapter update and any announcements.
• Ken will introduce the speaker and chair the round table discussion.
• Shari will organize the position descriptions, nomination, and voting of board members for the upcoming year.
• Gift giveaways will be books.
• Lunch will be held afterwards.

• Shari will update the Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws for redistribution to the board.
